What are your unique strengths and challenges? How do you embrace your own way of being in the world?
About me
I am excited by working with people who see the world in different ways, and helping them value their own uniqueness and individuality. Walking beside someone as they embrace their authentic self and heal the negative messages of their past brings me great joy. I want people to feel more confident in their understanding of themselves to work towards a world that is more understanding of all neurodivergence, one individual at a time.
I became aware of my own neurodivergence in adulthood. And I found that even as a mental health counselor I had very little education about Autism or ADHD, and became interested in learning more about these topics, and assisting others with learning of their own neurodivergence.
I live in Tacoma Washington, and I love puzzles of all kinds, reconnecting with nature, and a have a whole variety of arts and crafts hobbies that I enjoy.
